- Service will be provided to the selected Synology hardware product which must be with valid warranty period.
- Synology will ship replacement products as early as the next business day once your SRSE application is approved.
- Synology offers free shipping by a specified carrier for sending replacement products and collecting your defective products
- Customers must ensure that defective products can be picked up within 15 days by Synology's specified carrier.
- SRSE is exclusive to the Synology XS and XS+ series products as well as their accompanying expansion units and is available in select countries only.
